Soda Cracker Pie

3 Egg Whites 1 c Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Vinegar 14 Soda Cracker squares, finely rolled 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/ c Nuts |
Beat egg whites until stiff then add sugar, vanilla, and vinegar. After rolling soda cracker squares, add to them the baking powder and nuts. Add the rolled cracker squares to meringue. Stir thoroughly. Pour into a well greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 2 hours before serving, topped with whipped cream and drained strawberries or other drained fruit. |
